- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled between 8 and 14 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.

Course fees, accommodation fees, registration fees and bank transfer fees must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure the accommodation.
Bookings are not transferable. Please note that in addition to your course fees, accommodation fees, airport transfer fees, there is a charge of £35 registration fee per person – this only applies for your first course in the school. There is also a charge of £15 bank transfer fee if you pay by BACS.
