We offer a range of courses to improve students’ English proficiency step by step. We aim to provide a fun and sociable study environment to make it fun in learning English. Students will be allocated to a suitable level according to the placement test result. Our general English classes are designed for the students who want to improve their English skills. The classes focus on a fun and interactive English learning approaches as well as outdoor learning experiences.

GE level 1
Elementary English Level
At GE level 1 we introduce students to reading and writing with intensive listening and speaking such as pronunciation and conversation skills.

GE LEVEL 2
Pre-intermediate English
At GE level 2 we focus on strengthening students’ vocabulary skills and grammar.

GE LEVEL3 intermediate English level
At GE level 3 we aim at consolidating and practicing all major language skills.

- Services must be paid in full 20 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 10 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days of the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 2 week accommodation

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 250 NZD Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

Study and employment for Students
A student visa (or a limited visa granted for the purpose of study) is required for all people coming to New Zealand to study for more than three months. Study must be the main purpose of your visit.
To get a student visa you have to show you have enough money to meet your living costs during your stay.
A working holiday visa may allow you to travel, work and/or study for a limited period depending on your age and nationality.
You may be able to work while you’re studying, but only part-time and only under certain circumstances. You’re allowed to get a job for up to 20 hours per week during the academic year or full-time during the Christmas/New Year holidays (the summer holidays in New Zealand). Remember, 20 hours is the maximum number of hours you can work each week, even if you work for more than one employer.
Generally only full-time tertiary students or year 12 and 13 high school students can work. Before you start to work, you must get permission from Immigration New Zealand.

Withdrawal, Cessation of Enrollment and Refund Procedures
• In order to withdraw from a course of study you must report your withdrawal from a course in writing to the Principal.
• Students who are withdrawn from study following academic or disciplinary procedures are not entitled to a refund of fees.
Students who withdraw during the statutory period will be entitled to the following refunds
• If the course is up to 5 weeks and the student cancels in the first 2 days we will refund 50% of any tuition fees paid. A request for cancellation/withdrawal must be completed in writing by the student.
• If the course is over 5 weeks and 12 weeks or less and the student cancels in the first 5 days we will refund 75% of tuition fees paid. A request for cancellation/withdrawal must be completed in writing by the student.
• If the course is over 12 weeks and the student cancels in the first 10 working days we will refund based on actual costs incurred, the maximum percentage of the payment, or sum of any payments, may retain is 25%. A request for cancellation/withdrawal must be completed in writing by the student.
