Individual

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 70 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 70 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Booking Deadlines
For all short-term courses (up to 4 weeks) the booking deadline is 3 weeks before the course commencement.
For all long term courses (4 weeks +) Enrollment form should reach us 8 weeks prior to course commencement.
It is only upon this terms observation that the Institute can guarantee the visa support.
For students who have already got Russian visa and don’t require invitation letters from the Institute the booking deadline can be 1 week
