One of our representatives will greet you at the Airport and transfer you to Byron Bay by car. This service is often the best choice after a long flight from your country.

BICYCLES
Students can rent a bicycle from the school from $15
• $30 per week, including a helmet and lock. This is a popular mode of transport and roads / bike paths are generally flat. Details are available at school.

HOW TO ENROL AT BBELS:
1. Read carefully our Terms and Conditions of Enrolment and our Refund Policy at the bottom of the registration form.
2. Complete the registration form and post, fax or email it to:

3. Forward payment to our bank account. See payment detail below. Students studying on student visas must also purchase OSHC insurance for the duration of their course –see Insurance below.
4. When we receive your registration form and full payment, we will return a receipt and a Confirmation of Enrolment (COE). The COE is needed for immigration purposes only if you are applying for a Student Visa. Take it to the Australian Embassy with your visa application. Make sure you allow sufficient time for the processing of your visa.
5. Once you receive your visa, forward us your:
• flight /arrival details
• full payment
Full payment of fees is due before course commencement date.
6. If you have requested homestay and / or airport pick up, please advise us of your arrival details at least 2 weeks before your arrival in Australia.
7. We will provide you with your homestay details 2 weeks before your arrival, or as soon as all the above information has been provided.
VISA REQUIREMENTS
If you are studying 12 weeks or less, ask the Australian Embassy about a Tourist Visa. If you are under 30 and your country has an agreement with Australia, you can apply for a Working Holiday Visa. If you choose to study full time for more than 12 weeks, you must apply for a Student Visa. Please see www.immi.gov.au or email us
INSURANCE
Student visas holders are required to be covered by OSHC (Overseas Student Health Cover).
