Tandem Santiago´s high quality service is recognized through the languagecourse.net Excellence Award received every year since 2003. Since 2008 the school is official examination centre for the “Diploma Español Lengua Extranjera” (DELE) organized by the Instituto Cervantes in Madrid.
Tandem Santiago is a medium-sized Spanish language school with about 600 students per year. All of our teachers are native Spanish speakers with university degrees, and they are specialised in teaching Spanish

- Bank charges are payable by students
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- If a course is cancelled more than 9 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Visa refusal
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
We regret we cannot reimburse money in case of program abortion caused by any unforeseen circumstances, which are not responsibility of the school and which might affect the student and may force him/her to interrupt or end a course early, like illness, change of plans etc. for courses and lodgings lasting less than 4 weeks. In case of abortion of programs lasting 4 weeks or longer, we reimburse the difference less the cost for one week of the same program, as listed in the valid price list,
