Super intensive French 18 hours a week

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 15 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 15 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: 0% refund

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 45 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

The school is open all the year round except the last week in August and two weeks at Christmastime. Please note that the school will be closed for all the French public holidays.
TUITION FEES do not include the textbooks or the extra activities such as sightseeing trips or the costs of educational activities such as admission charges to museums, bus and underground tickets…
The file cost as well as the lodgings and pick up expenses will apply a specific fare.

CANCELLATION AND REPORT, ABSENCE OR BREAK IN THE PROCESS OF A SESSION : In case of a cancellation of courses :
- Before the beginning of courses, if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the arrival date planned, we will fully refund you the account paid, except the registrations fees and the possible bank charges will be chargeable to you. If the cancellation is made 59 days or less before the arrival date planned, there will be no money refund, except in the case of a visa refusal justified by a certificate given by the consulate services (officially translated if necessary) which will entitle you to get a 50% refund of the account paid, except the registration fees, the possible bank charges being chargeable to you. In the case of an application for accommodation, if the cancellation takes place 15 days prior to the arrival date planned, the amount of a month rent will be deducted from the sum refunded.
- After the begining of courses, no reimbursement will be made except in case of a « major problem » (justified reasons) in which case the account paid will be reimbursed after deducting the cancellation and file expenses (that is to say 25% of the amount reimbursed, the bank charges being paid by you).
