The Intensive course is our signature program: groups are divided according to language level and students will receive 4 hours of intense Spanish tuition a day. Our small class sizes of on average 5 students (maximum 10) guarantees the utmost flexibility and personal attention from our fully qualified teachers. Classes combine both grammar and conversation - covering reading, writing, speaking and listening to ensure a through consolidation of the Spanish language.

Student information
The school is located in the heart of Pamplona and looks out
over the Parque de la Medialuna, one of the tranquil city’s many
green spaces. Plus, it’s just a quick fi ve-minute walk from the
Plaza del Castillo, a central square commonly referred to as
“Pamplona’s living room”.
The Spanish school occupies the top fl oor of the Colegio de
Médicos, Pamplona’s prestigious medical school. Behind the elegant
façade you’ll fi nd modern facilities and all the latest amenities.
It even has a fantastic glass-enclosed restaurant serving
up discounted three-course lunches for students.
The school’s extensive facilities and amenities include: 7 classrooms;
a resource center; computers with free Internet; Wi-fi ; a
roof terrace; a fi lm center and a reception area. It also shares
a convention center for 300 people and an incredible restaurant
set in a converted greenhouse with the rest of the medical
school. When the school has to accommodate more students,
it also has a separate learning center with 5 additional classrooms,
a common area, a library and fi lm and multimedia rooms.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Students must be 14 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.
Refund policy
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before course start: 85% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 14 days before course start: 80% refund
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge a minimum of 350€ or 35€ of total cost Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
• The personnel in charge of airport pick-up and transportation to accommodation
are insured, completely familiar with the area and know
exactly where the students are to be dropped off.
• Enforex guarantees a maximum of 10 students per classroom.
• In the exceptional case that only 1 or 2 students are enrolled in a
course in the same level, the school reserves the right to convert the
course into a Private or Semi-private program which will result in a
50% reduction of class hours.
