ESL Program

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Visa Refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:

- The remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other Terms

Refund Policy: You shall be refunded 100% of the amount paid for institutional charges, less both a $100 non-refundable processing fee and a $200 cancellation fee, if notice of cancellation is made through attendance at the first class sessions or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later.

If after the above cancellation deadline, the refund policy for students who have completed 60% or less of the period of attendance shall be a pro rata refund, a $200 cancellation fee and STRF fee
