Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Other terms

Students must be aware that before a place is reserved or a student accepted. Half of the total course fees must be paid in advance of 2 weeks prior to course starting date. Newcastle International School of English Language is under no obligation to provide a course or accommodation if course fees is not paid in full on due date.

Insurance

Students and their possessions are not insured by Newcastle international school of English. And will not be held responsible or accept liability whatsoever for any accidents, loss or damage to students or their belongings howsoever caused or sustained during the course. Therefore personal insurance cover is strongly recommended.
