The combined courses offer a combination of group courses and individual lessons: they include 2 or 4 hours in class in the morning and 1 individual lesson in the afternoon each day. The additional individual lessons allow the student to focus on specific needs, review and practice what has been learned in class or study a particular specialistic language (legal, business, financial, artistic etc.).

Rather than conventional heavily-structured courses, we offer learning pathways with a humanistic/communicative approach that put the student in control of his/her education. Our teachers - all highly qualified native Italian speakers - guide each student along their individual path, and teach Italian through the use of exercises, games, roleplays and extra-curricular cultural activities in small classes (maximum 10 students). Communication is simultaneously the goal and method of the study.

Cancellation policy
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- If a course is cancelled more than 10 days before course start: 100% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 10 and 1 days before course start: 80% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days before the start date full price will be charged.
Visa refusal
- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- week tuition

Enrolment is confirmed with the signed enrolment form and an advance deposit of 50% of the course fee; the balance is paid before the course begins. Students applying for a student visa pay the entire fee at enrolment. Banking fees are paid by the student.
Cancellation (in writing): the deposit is refunded for cancellations made at least 10 days before the start of the course; it is not refunded for cancellations made less than 10 days before. No refunds for courses or parts of courses not taken (illness, early departure, late arrival...). Once a student visa has been issued there are no refunds or date changes; if the visa is refused, the school refunds what was paid minus EUR 250 in administrative fees, on receipt of the original refusal letter.
Bookings are not transferable. Each hour of tuition lasts 60 minutes. A certificate of attendance requires at least 80% attendance. The fee includes learning materials (three weeks or more), a level test, extra-curricular activities, Wi-Fi and free help finding accommodation; there are no registration fees. Private lessons must be paid in advance and cancelled at least 24 hours before.
