•We use Blended Learning at MIC. This means your course is not just a boring 3 hour class, but a dynamic blend of different classes. A typical day includes 1 hour of general English, then a one hour class using Macmillan English Campus, then a 1 hour Speaking and Listening module class. the next day, you could have two classes of general English, and an IELTS module. Whatever your course, you will make progress quickly in a fun and interesting way. This is our commitment to you.

Terms & Conditions: Manchester International College

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- A cancellation fee of € 150 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 150 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

We ask that you attend your classes in full. Not only from a progress point of view, but your visa may depend on full attendance.

If you cancel your course before arrival, you may be able to get a refund. Please contact us for more information. If you cancel your course after it has started, you cannot get a refund. We strongly suggest taking out a student insurance policy to cover cancellation fees.
