- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- The registration fee are non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- No refunds are given for cancellations whatsoever.


Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

Lessons range between 45’ to 55’. Lessons are scheduled either in the mornings or in the afternoons. COINED cannot guarantee any special scheduling request.
Reduction of Hours: It is possible that the results of the placement test may lead to cases in which there are only one or two students at a particular level. In these cases the hours of the course may be reduced, and will be covered with private instruction. No lessons will take place on public holidays please check our holidays calendar
