- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 14 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee

Terms and conditions of enrolment
1. In registering with us, a student accepts Mariposa's terms and conditions of enrolment.
2. A course is defined as the whole period of booking ( and may include a combination of
different types e.g. General Italian, Culture, Business..)
6. Full fees should are due 14 days before the start of the course. If a student books a
course less than 14 days before the start of the course, total fees are payable immediately.
