intensive course

- Services must be paid in full 5 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 15 years of age or over

Cancellation Policy

- The cancelation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person that booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund whatsoever.
- Enrolment fees are non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

- No refunds are given for cancellations whatsoever.


Visa Refusal

- No refunds are given for Visa refusal whatsoever.


Other Terms

1.Students are subject to the following penalties:
1.If course is cancelled more than 4 weeks before arrival, no cancellation fee is charged but application fee.
2.If course is cancelled 3-4 weeks before arrival, a 50% of all applicable charges are charged. ( after eliminating all discounts and fees)
3.If course is cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival, no reimbursement is possible. However, course dates can be changed without penalty if advised up to 1 weeks prior to arrival.
