General English in the mornings, 15 hours a week (10 lessons of 90 minutes), Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 13:00, from Elementary (A2) to Advanced (C1). The course develops speaking, listening, reading and writing with a communicative approach, using coursebooks and the school's own materials to build grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation through interactive activities. Price per week: 1-7 weeks £240, 8-12 weeks £230, 13-23 weeks £220, 24 weeks or more £210. Classes have a maximum of 12 students and each lesson lasts 90 minutes. You can start any Monday (except public holidays), for 1 week or more; minimum age 16. There is a placement test before you arrive and a short speaking test on your first day, an individual learning plan, regular tutorials with your teacher, weekly and monthly progress tests, and a certificate and course report at the end. The school is closed over Christmas and New Year (21 December 2026 to 3 January 2027) and on UK public holidays. All course books and materials are provided for use in class; if you want your own copy of the coursebook for self-study, it costs £45 (optional).

Cancellation before arrival: course fees are non-refundable for courses cancelled 4 weeks or less before arrival, so travel insurance is strongly recommended.
During the course: fees for students who leave early are refunded only in exceptional circumstances, at the Director's discretion.
Visa refusal: if the visa is refused before the start of the course, school fees are refunded on presentation of the refusal documents, less an administration charge of £100 and 1 week's accommodation fees, if applicable.
Accommodation: if you ask to change accommodation within 7 days before arrival or after arrival, there is a charge of one week's accommodation fees.
Changes after enrolment (dates, spelling of names, passport number...): £25 each time the documents are re-issued.
Payments by bank transfer: bank charges are paid by the student (add £15 for UK bank charges).
Please bring your passport or identity card on your first day.
