Preparation for the Cambridge C2 Proficiency exam, the highest Cambridge English qualification, 28 lessons a week (21 hours), with flexible start dates. For students at Advanced (C1) level. The exam fee is not included. Lessons last 45 minutes, Monday to Friday; classes can be in the morning or in the afternoon (a morning timetable can be guaranteed for a supplement of GBP 30 a week, paid at the school). Levels from Elementary (A1) to Advanced (C1), maximum 17 students per class. Minimum age 16 (students aged 16-17 study with adults). Courses start every Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday); no classes on public holidays. Kaplan's K+ learning system (books, app and online resources) and a Certificate of Achievement at the end. Application fee GBP 180. Travel and medical insurance is compulsory for the whole stay (the school sells it for GBP 10 a week, or bring your own). From 31 May to 27 August 2027 the course costs GBP 30 more per week (high season).

Payment: the full programme fee is due 30 days before the start date (immediately for later bookings). Cancellation before the start (Kaplan UK and Ireland policy): more than 90 days before the start date, tuition and accommodation are refunded in full; between 7 and 90 days before, tuition and accommodation are refunded in full but the school's programme deposit is not; less than 7 days before arrival or no-show, tuition and accommodation are refunded less 2 weeks of tuition and 2 weeks of accommodation, and the programme deposit and medical insurance are not refunded. Service fees (application fee, accommodation placement fee, airport transfers, supplements, materials) are not refundable. After the course has started, students who stop must give 4 weeks' written notice to the School Director, and tuition is not refunded. EU citizens who book at a distance may cancel within 14 days of the booking confirmation and receive a full refund, less any services already provided. Changes made after arrival cost a change fee of GBP 70. Travel and medical insurance is compulsory for the whole stay. A refundable housing deposit may be charged on arrival in student residences. Students under 18 must send a signed Minor Authorisation form before arrival and may be asked to stay in Kaplan-approved accommodation and book the airport transfer both ways. No classes and no compensation on public holidays. Visa refusal (UK Short-term study visa): no refund if refused because of fraudulent documents or irregularities; otherwise the cancellation conditions above apply.
