Levels: Beginner, Elementary - Level A1, Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Advanced - Level C1, Proficient - Level C2
20 group lessons a week to prepare the SIELE exam (Instituto Cervantes). Starts on the first Monday of each month; 1 to 4 weeks. Minimum level A1. The SIELE exam can be taken any weekday on request; the exam fee is not included.Small groups of 4 to 8 students, all levels (A1-C2), lessons of 55 minutes. Courses start every Monday all year round. Classes are in the morning or the afternoon, decided on your first day (about 80% are in the morning). Minimum age 18. Online level test before arrival and oral test on the first day; certificate of attendance and achievement.Enrolment fee €35 (one-time). Textbook €45 per level: the first one is included in the price; any further levels are added to the school's invoice, paid together with the course.

Puerto de la Cruz is the second largest tourist city on the island with accommodation for around 30,000 tourists. In contrast with the modern resorts of the south, El Puerto has had a great tradition as a place of relaxation since the end of the last century when the spa, which today is the Hotel Casino Tauro, was build.
The lushness of the gardens and the agreeable atmosphere are very special features of this city, which has lively places for strolling. In the evening the streets near the Plaza del Charco and the promenade are enjoyable places where you can eat at any of the many open air restaurants, all this in a pleasant climate next to the ever present sea.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 14 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.
Refund policy
- A cancellation fee of € 500 applies when a course is cancelled less than 30 week/s before the course commencement date.
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge the same amount as specified in the normal cancelation charges, plus the cost of sending the invitation letter Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
don Quijote’s management reserves the right to extend the timetable for
classes to 9 p.m.
In the rare event that only 1 or 2 students are enrolled in a course in the same
level group, the school reserves the right to change the group course into
a Private or Semi-private program. In this case, class hours will be reduced
by 50%.
