The Intensive Conversation is focused on speaking and listening, and students also spend time on grammar,reading and writing. The program is designed to prepare students to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Terms & Conditions: ANNE’S Language House

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 15 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled between 29 and 1 days before course start: 70% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 5 days before course start: 50% refund

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 180 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

A full refund (minus non-refundable deposits) will be issued to students who withdraw in writing 30 days or more before the course begins. After this point, a 70 percent refund of tuition paid will be given for withdrawals received up until the first day of the program. If students withdraw within 5 calendar days of the original start date of the program, a 50 percent refund of tuition paid will be issued. No refunds are
given for withdrawals when more than 5 days of program have been completed.
