- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.

Payment: by bank transfer or credit card, in full 28 days before the start date (if booked less than 28 days before, immediately). UK students who need a visa pay only a non-refundable deposit of GBP 250 on booking, and the full fee when they receive the visa.
Non-refundable fees: deposits, registration fees, insurance fees, courier and accommodation fees. Cancellation 14 days or more before the start (or visa refused, with written evidence): full refund of the fees received minus the non-refundable charges. Cancelling or postponing less than 14 days before the start (for reasons other than a visa refusal): a fee of 1 week of tuition plus the non-refundable charges. After the start date, hours reduced or cancelled at the student's request are not refunded.
Accommodation: cancelling 14 days or less before the accommodation dates costs one week of accommodation plus the placement fee; after arrival, 1 week's written notice (otherwise one week is charged). Residences and flat shares may have their own cancellation terms, shown at the time of booking.
Changes: administration fee of GBP 50 each time the course, accommodation or centre is changed or postponed after confirmation.
Public holidays: the centre is closed and lessons are not made up or refunded. One-to-One lessons need 72 hours' notice to cancel or change; otherwise they are charged in full. Refunds are paid within 45 days.
