Terms & Conditions: Idiomas Flow

- Services must be paid in full 5 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 50 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 100 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 50 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

Once the full payment of the course and accommodation is made, The school will refund the full payment made (except the deposits) if the cancellation is communicated to the school at least one week before the course starts.

The school is open all year round except on national and local holidays. The school is closed from Dec 22nd - Jan 11th. If a holiday falls on a Monday the course starts the next day. We recommend that the student check which holidays fall within the period of his/her stay
