What's good in the kitchen?
Cooking lessons will be held in the kitchen of an Italian superskilled cook, where you will learn exquisite traditional Italian and Ligurian cuisine (bread, focaccia, pasta, pesto, vegetable cakes, pies,...) and enjoy it in the atmosphere of an Italian night.
Group size: min 1 - max 4.
Minimum duration: 1 week standard Italian course plus 3 hours cooking school (1 lesson).
Cost of a single cooking class (3 hrs): € 75 (cooking school recipes and instructions, ingredients and class meals, beverages).
Extra classes can be arranged.

•Amalelingue offers courses to students of all ages and levels, spanning A1 (breakthrough) to C2 (mastery) (Common European Framework of Reference for Modern Languages of the Council of Europe). Amalelingue prepares candidates for the following Italian language examinations (every level of competence):CILS (Certificate in Italian as a second language), CELI (Certificates of proficiency in Italian), PLIDA (Italian language project) Student visa Upon request, Amalelingue can provide the following documents necessary to apply for a student visa at the Italian Embassy in your country:
• enrolment certificate, provided that we receive confirmation of payment by the bank for the whole amount of the course;
• course payment receipt;
• renting contract or hotel reservation, if arranged through Amalelingue. If you have been denied the visa of entry, please notify us in writing at least 20 days before the course starts and attach copy of the document issued by the Italian Embassy proving the denial. Only in this case students can be refunded of the total amount paid except € 50 for general expenses. Students waiting for the visa are kindly requested to notify possible delays.
