•Our intenisve Spanish course is 20 hours per week (one lesson is 55 minutes). We work in small groups (no more than 6 students, but usually only 3 or 4) which allows students to actively take part in the class and make faster progress. Our qualified teachers focus on oral communication, but there is also time for listening, reading and writing. The daily activities include grammar, role plays, games, audios and videos. In addition to the classes, we invite our students to join all our optional activities, such as Mexican cooking, salsa classes, volleyball games, board games nights, movies, cultural trips, snorkeling tours and much, much more. Playa del Carmen is a small city, where everything is within walking distance. It is therefore very easy to do a lot in one single day. Students can be on the beach 5 minutes after they finish their classes. Students should consider about one hour of homework every school day. Tutoring is availabe upon request.

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 21 days before course start: 90% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 15 and 21 days before course start: 75% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 8 and 14 days before course start: 50% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Students should arrive in Playa on the Saturday or Sunday prior to their course start. Classes are from 9 am to 1 pm. On the first day, students come at 8:30 am to take a placement test and/or have a short interview to determine their level.
There are 4 hours of class every day, with a 20 minute break (courtesy coffee, tea, water and a light snack.... Every afternoon/evening and on weekends we have optional activities. A completion certificate is issued at the end of the course.
