Student information

The school and its residences are located just beside the Las Canteras beach and at walking distance from each other.
Classes pertaining to bank holidays are made up during the working days of the same week.
Our students can obtain 2 ECTS university credits for every 20 hours of studies after passing an examination at the local university.
Students can do the official DIE examinations and the examinations of the Chamber of Commerce of Madrid any Friday at the school.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 19 days before course start: 90% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 19 and 2 days before course start: 80% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 3 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.

Tuition Conditions
1. The whole amount for tuition and lodging has to be paid to the school's bank account in advance. The student then receives a confirmation.
2. The 4 weeks of our Special Offer can be divided in 2 stays during one year.
3. Minimum age is 16. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
4. On the first Monday a placement test will take place at 8 a.m. for new students.
