Student information


Students are of every age group and come from all parts of the globe. Class sizes are from 5 to 9 students. The classes of Italian language and culture are divided into 6 levels based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. The principal objective of all our courses is to get our students, even those in the beginner levels, to the point where they are able to communicate in Italian. The great number of students who return every year is the best tribute to this.

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Other terms

Confirmations for course bookings will be given on payment of a deposit. For cancellations received at least 15 days before the beginning of the course, half the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations received less than 15 days before the course, no refund will be made. In case a student is not able to participate in the course he has booked, and he has given notice about this 7 days prior the course, we will keep the deposit and give him the opportunity to change the dates within one year.
