Student information

F+U Academy of Languages offers multimedia-equipped classrooms, 3 internet rooms with 50 PCs, free WiFi access in the school and in the student residences (F+U has nine halls of residence with over 250 rooms). F+U also offers home stay with one of our host families, some of which live in the direct vicinity of the school.
Students can also participate in one of our afternoon and evening activities (most of them are free!) which vary from walking tours to barbecues in summer.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 20 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 50 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

F+U has a provision guarantee for all courses listed in the brochure. If only one participant has registered for a group course, the teaching hours will be reduced by 50%. Additional lessons can be taken in another course for compensation.
If the language course visa is not issued, upon presentation of the original invitation and the official notice of rejection, we will refund the advance payment minus an administration fee of 100 € and any postage cost.
