Terms & Conditions: JUST. Go – Languages

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 8 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

Refund policy JUST.Go Languages

Failure to comply with school policies or being in violation of status, by any regular, International F1 or Local F1 Student is grounds for JUST.Go Language Centers to cancel the tuition without giving the student any refund.

All students must pay their tuition before starting classes every Monday. After a student chooses his/her tuition payments, s/he cannot revert to the previous number of weeks paid.Tuition fees are not refundable once classes have begun. Refunds will be reembursed before the beginning of classes and they have a process of 60 days. The student must apply in writing to request the refund of his or her funds.

The registration fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
International F1 students must return all forms and documents given to them in order to receive a refund, including the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F1) Student Form I-20.
School-transfer students have 10 days from the registration date to claim a tuition refund. If the student has registered and paid tuition and has began classes before the 10 day period is over no refund will be given.
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted to JUST.Go Language Centers in writing, using the internal refund form.
No refunds will be made without an original receipt.
Refunds will be made only to the person, company or agency that paid the school. If the student paid for a program through an agency, s/he must apply directly to that agency for a refund. Not Just-Go languages.
Refunds will be processed within 60 days.
The refund will be made in the form of a check unless the student paid the tuition with a credit card; then the card will be credited (It is important that students verify their address, so the refund is sent to the correct address.).
If a student paid by wire transfer, JUST.Go Language Centers will refund by wire, but a wire transfer fee will be charged to the student. 50 dollar fee for wire transfer.
If a student applies for change of status and decides to cancel the process later, s/he has to pay a $25.00 cancellation fee.
If a student applies for change of status and decides to start classes before receiving the change of status approval from USCIS, s/he does not qualify for a tuition refund.
If a student who entered the U.S. with JUST.Go Language Centers I-20 decides to go back to his/her country, s/he must pay a cancellation fee of $100.00.
Refunds that are requested to be paid to a person other than the student who applied for the refund must include a letter from the student authorizing JUST.Go Language Centers to make the check payable to the person indicated on the refund application. A valid I.D. of the person must be presented when claiming the check.
The accommodation fee reimbursement will be subject to the terms as stated in the housing application.
Students who withdraw or fail to enter before their courses begin are entitled to a tuition refund of any payments previously made toward a study program. This refund will be made within 60 days of the written notification of the cancellation or, at the student’s request, will be applied to future classes’ tuition.

If a student has begun classes, the tuition payment will not be reimbursed except for the following criteria:

Four weeks or less: the tuition payment is not refundable, not transferable and the student is not eligible to make up for any lost class time.

More than four weeks: If a student has attended more than four weeks but less than the full term s/he registered for but is past the mid-point, JUST.Go-Language Centers may be entitled to retain all of the charges for that term. If a student withdraws after the four weeks but before the mid-point, JUST.Go Language Centers may retain a prorated tuition amount.

Students will receive full reimbursement before starting classes, otherwise he or she will not be elegible for refunds except if he has been studying for more the 1 week but conditions apply.

Accommondation fees: $ 150

Books can be purchased at the school around about $ 30 -70 as well as Cd’s and videos with costs ranging from 35 to 60 dollars.

Promotions Cancellation and refund is possible only if the student indicating the date of wich student start classes, if not cancellation is possible only by the end of the event or in the case of an agreement by the end of the school calendar year of purchase a language course.

School or agent is not liable for any damage or financial loss or failure to comply with basic requirements for study abroad.
Cancellation Policy Amazon, Groupon, Living Social or other limited offers:

No cancellations are entertained for those courses which are offered under promotional prices like Groupon, Living Social and Amazon. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
HOUSING: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPLICATION AND BOOKING: Housing services are only offered to international students, clients registered for an English program with JUST.Go – Languages and for their term of studies or for students Families. Total length of stay must never exceed two weeks before and after course duration, including early withdrawals from the school. The completed housing application form must be received by JUST.Go – Languages at least 4 weeks prior to the student’s arrival. If the student is applying for a visa he or she needs to confirm his or her arrival no later than 15 days prior to arrival. JUST.Go – Languages cannot guarantee placement in the student’s first choice of housing accommodations.

PLACEMENT FEE and RENT: Students requesting JUST.Go Languages housing services must pay a placement fee and rental fee upon presentation of an application for housing arrangements. The placement fee and housing payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Housing rent must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Your housing arrangements may be cancelled if JUST.Go – Languages does not receive payment prior to the student’s arrival. Housing rates are subject to change without notice. We urge students to book with full payment in advance to avoid a change in price.

LAST MINUTE REQUESTS: All housing requests received less than 4 weeks prior to the student’s arrival will be considered a “last minute” request. Therefore, JUST.Go – Languages can not guarantee availability in any of its housing options. Once a last minute reservation has been confirmed and a letter with housing details has been submitted, student may not cancel it and he/she must honor all fees in advance. Cancellations, requests to change accommodation or refunds will not be accepted. OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Housing is available for JUST.Go – Languages students during their study period. Overnight guests or relatives are not permitted.

CANCELLATION: In order to guarantee housing accommodations for the student, client JUST.Go – Languages will commit to the student or client residence or Homestay family selected. Therefore, cancellations or any changes will only be accepted in writing no later than 15 days prior to arrival; otherwise, there will be a cancellation charge of $250 in addition to the placement fee of US $100. No refunds will be given or cancellations accepted if a reservation request is submitted to JUST.Go – Languages fewer than 15 days prior to arrival.

LATE ARRIVAL or DATE CHANGES: In case of any postponements or delay in arrival greater than 7 days with less than a 15- day notice before the scheduled arrival, a student may be placed in a different home or residence than the student’s first choice of housing accommodations. EARLY DEPARTURE: Students who wish to leave the housing accommodations must give the Housing Coordinator 15 days advance written notice before doing so. Students who do not give proper notice before leaving an apartment, homestay or residence will be charged a cancellation fee of US $250 and a sum equal to two weeks of stay in addition to the placement fee of $100. EXTENSIONS: Students who wish to extend their stay must submit 15 days advance written notice and make a full payment of the rental at the same time.

AIRPORT TRANSFER: Students who request this service and wish to cancel it must do so at least 48 hours prior to arrival/departure. Flight delays or

cancellations must be reported to the driver before departure from its origin. If driver is notified after getting to the airport/housing, student must honor 50% of the applicable fee.

REFUNDS: Refunds will be made within 60 days of a timely cancellation of the housing arrangements or termination of same. Refunds will be paid to the

person or the authorized agency that paid the fees. Students who paid for their stay through an authorized agent must apply to that agency for a refund.

LIABILITY: JUST.Go – Languages is not liable or responsible for any loss or damage to a student’s personal property or for personal injuries suffered during a student’s stay in any of the housing accommodations. Students must watch their valuables (i.e, Jewelry, cash, etc.) carefully as JUST.Go – Languages is not liable or responsible for any monetary losses. JUST.Go – Languages is not responsible for any misrepresentations or additional arrangements that may be made by any third party or for any dispute that might arise between the student and any party that represents the housing facility. Student is urged to open a bank account upon arrival to protect their money and any complaints or concerns related to the housing facility should be reported to the JUST.Go – Languages Housing Coordinator immediately.

Apartment Policy: Each student is required to clean (students apartment) the day before leaving the apartment and wash blankets and towels or pay additional 50 – 150 USD for cleaning. The apartments of JUST.Go – Languages not dwell students from other schools or any other person only upon acceptance JUST.Go accommodation coordinator.

Booking with us is really easy. You just have to go to the link of the school you are interested in. Where it says COURSE and then START, you select the dates you wish to study there. Afterwards, you select how many weeks you want to study.

You then select the course you wish to attend. You can add optional services, such as accommodation and airport transfer. If you would like to add these additional services, you need to go further down the page where you will find the section relating to ACCOMMODATION. You select the option of the type of accommodation you want (You do not have to select the dates here if they are the same as the course - they are automatically selected).
After the Accommodation, you have another option,  that of TRANSFER. This option allows you to book a transport that will pick you up at the airport and will take you to your residence or host family.

Once you have selected all these options, on your right hand side, you are going to see a summary of your reservation with all the information about the course and the accommodation, together with their prices. Also, the deposit you have to pay will be displayed there. You just have to press the Orange Button that says BOOK NOW and this will take you to another page to enter your personal details. When you are booking you only have to pay the little deposit. After that, we will contact the school and request your booking. When your booking is confirmed by the school or host, they will hold your place until the your booking balance is paid in full. The same applies for the accommodation. You can pay either with credit card, paypal account or bank transfer; as you prefer. This deposit you pay now will be discounted from the total price. The rest of the money will not have to be paid until 15 days before your course starts. In any case, you will be receiving emails about your deposit payments; and also, reminders about the rest of the money when it needs to be paid.

The start dates of intensive and standard language courses are generally flexible. If you have some basic knowledge of the language, you will be able to start any Monday of the year at almost any school. If you are a total beginner, courses usually start once or twice a month.
You should be aware that language schools have more students in July and August than during any other time of year, which means that course fees, housing prices and the overall cost of living are often more expensive during this time. If you would like to book a course in July or August, you should do so very early: schools have limited spots and might be booked well in advance for the high season. Your chances to get your preferred housing type are also greater if you book your course early. Housing options near the school are especially difficult to secure in the summer and tend to fill up quickly.
Language courses during the low season (September to June) are not only less expensive, but also have smaller classes. If you are able to wait to take your courses during this time you will pay less for your courses, and  you may even receive better housing, since demand is much lower.  You can find the availability status underneath each price on the school / host page. Nevertheless, if you submit a reservation request and your place is not available, the deposit paid will be 100% refunded.
