This course is a combination of a general English course (20 hours per week) and 3 hours per week of One to One tuition in the afternoon, specifically designed for IELTS or Cambridge preparation. During the general English course you will improve your confidence and your general knowledge, while the one to one lessons are completely dedicated to the exam. The best way to optimise your preparation time!
The exam can be done in Dublin at the end of the course or you can enrol the exam in any exam centre convenient to you.

Terms & Conditions: Travelling Languages

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled between 28 and 8 days before course start: 50% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 200 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

All students will be informed of Travelling Languages code of conduct and behaviour at the commencement of all courses. Breaches of Travelling Languages rules of conduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion for serious offences. If a student is expelled from Travelling Languages there will be no refund or credit under any circumstances.
Group and individual photographs may be taken professionally for use in marketing material. Anyone can opt out in writing.
