- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: 50% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 30 days before course start: 90% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 10 days before course start: 75% refund

Visa refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Booking deadlines
For students not requiring a visa to Russia, the booking deadline is 1 week prior to arrival.
For students requiring a visa to Russia: for all short–term courses (up to 4 weeks) the booking deadline is 3 weeks prior to arrival. For all long-term courses (5 weeks and more) bookings should reach us at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Arrival day is Sunday! Course participants who have booked accommodation with Liden & Denz are met at the airport or railway station.
