Spanish Language + Flamenco

- Services must be paid in full 10 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 13 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- A cancellation fee of € 100 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 120 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

Minumum age
The minimum age to take part in the standard courses programmed by SPANISHFOR is 16 years, with the exception of special programmes for school groups, for which the minimum age is 13 years. ​

The price of the course includes:
• teaching material
• course chosen
• placement test and final exam
• certificates
• arranging of accommodation chosen
• guided tour of the city
• Spanish cinema season
• Internet connection with the school computers or WIFI
• individual tutorial service (in person or by e-mail)

The price of the course does not include:
• extra courses
• optional activities
• excursions that are not specifically included in the course programme
• insurance (medical, travel or civil liability)


Cancellations
Once the full payment of the course and accommodation is made, SPANISHFOR will refund the full payment made (except the deposits) if the cancellation is communicated to the school at least one week before the course starting date. If the cancellation from the student is communicated to the school with less than one week notice to the course starting date, no refunds will be contemplated. ​

Holidays ​
SPANISHFOR is open all year round except on national and local holidays. Furthermore the school is closed from 22nd December to 7th January per Christmas Holidays. If a holiday falls on a Monday the course starts the next day. ​We recommend that the student check which holidays fall within the period of his/her stay as no refunds or extra days are given for these classes.
