General English refers to the acquisition of English so as to understand and be understood in daily life, in situations ranging from very simple to very complex. This is achieved through both task-based learning such as role play, and written work, simulating real life situations. In an elementary class role play would usually include such tasks as introducing oneself, shopping for everyday items and understanding public announcements in an airport.

•Our primary objective is to enable our students to speak English effectively and with confidence in as short a time as possible. Full time classes take place from Monday to Thursday from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm. The first period is devoted to the General and Academic English. The second two hours are devoted to Callan Method and Advanced Fluency.

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 100 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week/s before the course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 50 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
