The Family Program is designed for parents with children (7 to 16 years) who want to combine a holiday in Italy with the study of the Italian language while experiencing the culture of the South-Italy.
The program teaches both parents and children . Language lessons are held in the morning, with a whole range of cultural activities and excursions in the afternoons and at weekends. The program has a minimum duration of 1 week but can be extended. Price is per person and it refers to the 1st week.

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge Euro 160 + Bank fees Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

After having started a course, it is possible to change it, but only with a more intensive course. If a student does not attend or wants to shorten his course after the course has begun, lessons subsequently lost cannot be made up and tuition fees will not be refunded. If a student is the only one for a particular level his tuition will be reduced by 50% or by 25% in case of 2/3 participants. A non-refundable downpayment of 160 is required to secure the booking.
