•Students are expected to be at the school at 9.00 on the Monday following the arrival to attend the information briefing. Lessons will start at 9.30. In any type of accommodation booked through the school, you do not need to bring any bed sheets with you but you will need to bring your own towels for personal use. A weekly laundry is included in the host family price. If you have chosen to have just breakfast, please note that the family kitchen can not be used to prepare your own food.

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

-Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the student arrives = 100€.
-Cancellations made with less than 15 days before the student arrives at Intereuropa = we will refund the amount paid less 50% of the total invoice.
