Lessons are based on the latest interactive whiteboard technology which have proven to provide a faster way of learning English. The lessons taught at ACE English Malta will not be found in any other EFL school, hence the uniqueness behind them for the benefit of our students. Premises : Our school has been set up and designed in such a way as a boutique language school offering modern, spacious surroundings within a very cosy environment. We provide free wifi and free use of laptops stations, chill out areas, outdoor terrace and more. Location : Our school is located in the most popular shopping and commercial centre in St. Julians. We are located on the top 4th floor, while just below us one may find a large selection of cafes, restaurants, fashion shops, stationery, gift shops and lots more. Terms & Conditions: ACE English Malta

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 3 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 15 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 15 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled less than 15 days of the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100.00 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
