Italian + Local Cooking 5 lessons per week
Levels: Pre-Intermediate - Level A2, Intermediate - Level B1, Upper Intermediate - Level B2, Advanced - Level C1
This course offers a complete introduction to Italian “gastronomia”. Participants will be able to prepare a complete, well balanced “Italian Menu”, based on different regional recipes.
The Cooking lessons last 2 to 3 hours, beginning at 17:00 and are scheduled Monday through Friday. Mornings are dedicated to the Italian language lessons, and students will use fresh ingredients bought at the “Catania Fish Market” close to the school, in order to mirror the quality of the best Sicilian food.

•Our method is based on the communicative approach, therefore, it aims at develops the skills and language tools enabling the students to have an everyday experience of life in Italy. The learning program follows a gradual progression of advancing. Language classes are every day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:30 pm to 1:30 pm, with a snack/coffee break between 11:30 and 12:00. Our school also offers a set of special courses and offers: a summer school program, sailing and cooking courses
