Our Spanish Academy “El Estudiante” is the first one founded in Playa del Carmen 1997. We are perfectly located in the center, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. •You can choose between standard course, intensive course, combination course and private hours. The standard course is always from Monday to Friday. Small group sizes (max. 5) guarantee efficient learning and great result. We can organize any kind of accommodation for your students: family stay, student housing, apartment or hotel. During the afternoons we offer interesting activities for the students.

- Services must be paid in full 7 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days of the start date the following charges will apply:
- registration fee
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
