Spanish course designed for students aged 50 and over, in Punta del Este: 15 hours a week, Monday to Friday, three hours a day, made up of 10 hours of small-group lessons (up to six students) and 5 hours of private lessons, from beginner (A1) to advanced (C2). Part of the private lesson time can be used for guided cultural experiences with a teacher, such as a visit to a market or a museum, to practise Spanish in real situations. Includes the school's course materials, a level assessment at the start (not needed for complete beginners) and a certificate of completion. Courses start every Monday of the year, for a minimum of one week. Study in Punta del Este (Calle 24, El Mesana), or combine it with the school's Montevideo location. The one-time enrollment fee of USD 50 is non-refundable, includes the study book, supplementary materials, one coffee or tea a day and water at the school, and confirms the booking. A new study book (USD 25) is needed when you move up a level. If no suitable group is available, the two daily group lessons are replaced by one additional individual lesson per day.

A non-refundable enrollment fee of USD 50 is required to confirm the booking; it also serves as the reservation deposit and covers registration, the course book and supplementary materials. The place is not confirmed until this payment has been received. All payments made to reserve or pay for a course are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made (before arrival, after arrival or once the course has started); travel insurance is recommended. In a justified emergency, with a written explanation and the school's approval, the amount paid may be transferred to school credit usable within six months (not exchangeable for cash). Notify the school at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a class; classes cancelled with less notice or missed without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Group courses need at least three students of a similar level (maximum normally six); if there are fewer, the format is adjusted (Intensive: two students, three semi-private lessons a day; one student, two individual lessons a day; 50+: the two group lessons are replaced by one extra individual lesson). Minimum age 18; students aged 15 to 17 may be accepted with written permission from a parent or guardian and must stay with a host family arranged or approved by the school. Accommodation: check-in on Sunday and check-out on Saturday (six nights per week); a refundable USD 100 key deposit is required. Students must arrange their own medical and travel insurance and check the visa and entry requirements for their nationality; the school cannot issue visas but can confirm the course booking.
