If the session dates don't suit you, join an ongoing session on a Monday of your choice and study for as many weeks as you need, from a minimum of 4 weeks, at EUR 90 a week. Not for complete beginners (A1), who must start on the first day of a session. If you join more than 4 weeks after the start of a session, the school may give you a placement test in person. If your start date falls in a school break, the school will suggest the next Monday with classes. Each week: 10 hours of general French classes and 4 one-hour workshops (phonetics, grammar, French culture, DELF/DALF preparation, role plays, business French...), plus 3 to 6 hours of optional tutorials with a teacher to practise and work on your weak points, and a cultural outing of about 4 hours in Paris every month (museums, guided walks, gastronomy): about 20 hours a week in all. The teachers write their own up-to-date course materials. Adults only (18 or over at the start of the session); 8 to 10 students per class on average. Levels A1, A2, B1, B2.1, B2.2 and C1: one session of 9 weeks of classes is one level, with continuous assessment and end-of-session exams based on DELF/DALF papers. Online placement test before enrolment. Face-to-face classes only, on the 24th floor of Tour Atlantique in La Défense. Registration fee EUR 100 (first enrolment only). Students who need a student visa must book at least 2 sessions (about 6 months). Missed lessons cannot be made up or refunded. 2027 sessions: winter 11 Jan - 21 Mar, spring 30 Mar - 6 Jun, summer 5 Jul - 3 Oct (with a break in August), autumn 11 Oct - 12 Dec. No classes during the school breaks (15-19 Feb, 22-26 Mar, 12-16 Apr, 7 Jun - 2 Jul, 2-27 Aug, 4-8 Oct 2027 and from 13 Dec 2027; in 2026, from 14 Dec) or on French public holidays; the weeks you book are weeks of classes, so breaks move your end date later.
