10 private Spanish lessons of 50 minutes per week in Sámara, tailored to your needs, level and goals. Schedule agreed with the school, subject to teacher and classroom availability (it may be outside regular class hours). Private lessons need 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Maximum 1 student per class.

Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
Refund policy
- Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days of the start date the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
Visa refusal
- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 300 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
Other terms
Payment: courses only must be paid in full 14 days before the start date; programmes with accommodation, 30 days before.
Course cancellations (students without a student visa): 14 days or more before the start date: refund of the amount paid, or a voucher valid for 1 year at any Expanish school, minus non-refundable charges (courier fees, insurance; a 5% bank fee if the payment was not made by bank transfer to Expanish). Less than 14 days before the start: one week of the course is charged. On or after the start date: no refund.
Changes or postponements after confirmation: EUR 50 for the course and EUR 100 for the accommodation, requested in writing two weeks before; a postponement within two weeks of the start date counts as a cancellation.
Student visa: with an official visa denial document (sent within 15 days of issue and before the start date), full refund of the tuition paid minus a EUR 300 cancellation fee. Without a denial document: 25% of the amount paid is refunded if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before the start date; after that, no refund. The full course and accommodation must be paid before the visa letter is issued.
Accommodation cancellations: homestay: free 30 days or more before the start, then one week of housing. Shared apartments and studios: free 30 days or more before, one week of housing from 16 days before, no refund 15 days or less before. Student residences: free 35 days or more before, no refund 34 days or less before. No refund on or after the check-in date.
Students under 18 can only book homestay and must book arrival and departure transfers. Accommodation is only available with courses of at least 20 lessons per week. Classes missed for public holidays are only partly made up.
