Club 50+ «The Island of the Sun»: a 2-week programme for students over 50 combined with the 2-week Intensive group course (4 lessons a day). The programme includes guided visits and excursions, such as the Greek Neapolis in Syracuse, the Baroque area of Ortigia and Mount Etna. The price includes the programme (660 EUR) and the 2-week Intensive course (660 EUR); accommodation is not included. Level A1 or higher recommended. Classes run Monday to Friday, usually in the morning (in high season some groups may be in the afternoon); one lesson is 45 minutes. Students of any level, including complete beginners, can start any Monday. Maximum 14 students per class in peak season (on average 4 to 7). Course materials are prepared by the teachers and included; an optional exercise book can be bought at the school. No enrolment fee: it is included in the course price.
