Students come to That's Mandarin from all over the world. Our classes are available to all levels of Mandarin learner; from absolute beginner, to advanced. Anyone from 7 years old right up to over 100 can study with us at our schools in China or online.
Once you sign up with us, not only will you receive excellent teaching from our full-time, fully trained teaching team; but you will also get your own personal logon to our online learning platform Nihao Cafe. You'll be able to review class notes, take practise tests, learn new vocabulary and more, whenever and wherever you want!

- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 7 years of age or over
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 30 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
Refund policy
- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for cancellations.
Visa refusal
- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.
Other terms
We do not offer refunds for Small Group Programs.
For Part-Time 1-on-1 Programs; if you cancel the course within 30 days of the program start date, we will offer a refund.
For Intensive 1-on1 Programs; if you cancel the course within 1 week of the program start date, we will offer a refund.
