Study Abroad English Program is divided into 3 classes - Concept, Activity and Practice classes.

Concept class: You will mainly focus on grammar, reading and writing by following textbooks published by Oxford University Press.

Activity class: It provides you more practical English skills such as speaking and listening. This class can be discussion, presentation, comprehension of movies, etc.

Practice class: This class is focused on conversations. It offers great opportunities to output what you have learned in Concept and Activity classes.

Spiceup provides a lot of opportunities to input and output in small size of class so that all the 4 English skills (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening) will improve overall.

Terms & Conditions: Spiceup Academy

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 1 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 7 days before course start: 70% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 7 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.

Other terms

Cancellation and re-scheduling needs to be discussed with Spiceup Academy only by the person who applied for the course. All cancellation/refund requests must be made in writing. Students will be charged the registration fee plus 30% of total tuition fees if they cancel before the commencement of the course. There is no refund for any cancellation once the course you have applied for has started. There is no refund for reasons, such as late arrival, early departure and absence during the course.
