The DELE – Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language – are official qualifications certifying a degree of competence and mastery of Spanish, granted by Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain.

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled between 20 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:

Visa refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed between and days before the start date the following charges will apply:
