•Our small classes ensure that students receive individual attention from our experienced teachers and therefore maximise their learning opportunities. We aim to make lessons fun and interesting and focus on speaking and listening skills as well as grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Students are able to borrow books and DVDs and can access self study materials in the afternoons.

- Services must be paid in full 30 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- If a course is cancelled more than 28 days before course start: 100% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 14 and 28 days before course start: 20% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date full price will be charged.
