- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 17 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for cancellations.


Visa refusal

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Other terms

1. The total course amount must be paid before the course starts by bank transfer or else during the first three course days at the school in cash. 2. Accommodation must be paid for during the first three course days at the school in cash.3. During the official holidays there will be no classes, and they will not be made up for nor will there be an entitlement to any economic compensation for this reason. 4. ccommodation will be booked from Sunday before the course to saturday after the course.
