Student information

All students are encouraged from the very first day to speak Spanish. Communication is naturally developed through role plays, practical application situations, intensive listening exercises under the use of songs, TV/radio, Internet etc. We are strongly convinced that the learning process is more effective when the language is used in the real life situations. Every week students will have the possibility to spend a class out of school banks and under the supervision of the teacher.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Students must be 10 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 7 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- 2 week tuition
- 2 week accommodation

Visa refusal

- 1- No refunds whatsoever are given for Visa refusal.
