The school was founded in 1977 and has a great experience in teaching French as a Foreign Language. This guarantees the excellent quality of the courses. The Actilangue language courses are conducted solely in French by experienced instructors. A special feature of the Actilangue programme is the emphasis on conversational French. The school is located in the centre of Nice and is only five minute walk away from the beach.

Student information

The school arranges different types of accommodation of excellent quality and offers French courses at very competitive prices.
Transfers service only available with host family accommodation - arrival/departure between 8:00 and 20:00: pickup at the airport/station by the family and return = 26 €. Please contact us for arrival/departure at other times.

Terms & Conditions


- Services must be paid in full 15 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled between 7 and 30 days before course start: 5% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 6 days before course start: 10% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 1 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 50 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Insurance
We recommend obtaining an insurance for liability, sickness, accidents and loss of property for the time of your stay..

Holidays
No lessons on Easter Monday, May Day (1st May), Ascension Day, Bastille Day (14 July), Assumption (15 August), All Saints Day (1st November), Armistice Day (11 November).

The school is closed from the 15th December 2012 to the 6th January 2013. The office is open all year round.
