Student information

At MILI, we emphasize the development of students’ oral communication through the use of highly interactive activities to eliminate the fear of speaking in public. MILI is one of the few language schools around the world that offer the use of Apple iPads in class for all students and teachers. MILI is eco responsible too. We are constantly adapting new processes and changing our ways to minimize our impact to the environment and we challenge all of our students to do the same.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 1 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bank charges are payable by students

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 8 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- If a course is cancelled more than 30 days before course start: 85% refund
- If a course is cancelled between 15 and 29 days before course start: 70% refund
- If a course is cancelled less than 14 days before the start date full price will be charged.

Enrollment must be done online with payment of a down payment as detailed below:
100% of the total cost for up to 4 weeks stay
50% of the total cost for more than 4 weeks stay *
Academic year: send 2870 E (50% of the course cost and one month accommodation).
Enrollment will be completed once we receive all your information and your down payment. MILI will send you a confirmation via email with all the information regarding your stay:
