 - The school is located in the historical center of Montpellier
 - We are teaching all levels, and welcome students from 17 to 77 years of age and from 60 different nationalities.
 - Classes are run by qualified teachers who are very concerned with our students' specific needs.
 - Small working groups (3/8 students) with a maximum of 10 students
- Accent Francais has been awarded "French Foreign Language Quality" by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Foreign affairs

- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 16 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- No course changes will be allowed to make up for refunds in the case of course cancellations.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

- If an entry visa is not granted and the School is informed more than days before the start date, the following charges will apply:

Other terms

To validate your registration you have to send the payment that applies to your stay:
- 100% of  the total amount for a stay of up to 4 weeks.
- 50% of the total fees for a stay of more than 4 weeks.

You can book with your credit card: Visa, Mastercard or Eurocard (please let us know your card number and the expiry date) or by bank transfer in euros. We will also ask you to take our French level test to validate your booking.
