We offer courses from beginner to proficiency and offer support for a wide-range of exams such as IELTS, Cambridge and TOEFL.

We believe that your trip is also about having an 'experience'. Our social activity programme involves trips to local cities such as York, Manchester, Liverpool or even to the Lake District.

Our programmes are for students who are serious about learning English as well as experiencing real-life England. Lancaster is a historic city with very few tourists.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 14 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- Enrolment fee is non-refundable.
- The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Accommodation booking fee is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.
- If a student is absent for one or more weeks at a time, arrangements can be made for the course duration to be extended at no extra cost.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee.
- A cancellation fee of € 50 applies when a course is cancelled less than 2 week/s before the course commencement date.
- A cancellation fee of € 150 applies when a course is cancelled less than 1 week before course commencement date.

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 25 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.

Other terms

Full payment for services should be received no later than four weeks before course start date. All payments should be completed by international bank transfer and must include any associated bank transfer costs and fees incurred.
