Student information

We are located in the centre of Edinburgh, close to all major bus routes. Teaching takes place in an 18th century building which has been renovated and converted to provide a calm and comfortable learning environment. Many of the original Georgian features are maintained in the building.
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. To keep you occupied after your English classes, many popular tourist attractions are within walking distance of our school.

Terms & Conditions

- Services must be paid in full 14 days before the course starts in order to complete the enrolment and secure a place in the course and/or accommodation.
- Bookings are not transferable.
- Bank charges are payable by students
- Students must be 18 years of age or over

Cancellation policy

- The cancellation needs to be communicated in writing to the school by the person who booked the course.
- Where a cancellation is received 7 days after enrolment there will be no refund.
- The deposit is non-refundable.
- No refund will be made for shortening the course duration after the payment.
- There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced.
- After a course has started there is no refund for any accommodation or other item booked.
- No tuition refunds are given for late arrivals, early departures or absences, for whatever reason, from classes during any course.

Refund policy

- Bookings may be cancelled up to 6 weeks prior to commencement of the course without penalty or fee
- If a course is cancelled more than 14 days before the start date, the following charges will apply:
- 1 week accommodation
- If a course is cancelled between 1 and 13 days before the start date the following charges will apply:
- 1 week tuition
- 1 week accommodation

Visa refusal

- In case a visa is refused to the student, the school will charge 100 Euro and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student upon receipt of an original VISA refusal letter.
